Refund Policy
We accept returns that are:
1. In new condition
2. Received by us within 2 months of original purchase date.
3. Labeled with a valid RMA number from support@heidilange.net
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees - as long as the returned batiks are in new condition.
You pay shipping charges back to us and any shipping cost to you if you got free shipping, and any credit card fees that are not refunded by the processor.
