Refund Policy
We accept returns that are:
1. In perfect condition
2. Received by us within 2 months of original purchase date.
3. Labeled with a valid RMA number from support@heidilange.net
Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. We will apply a credit to your card through the service you used to pay us: credit card or paypal. Allow 1 week for credit processing after the item has been received by the RMA department.
